TA-Q4 Warehouse Patrol Mini UAV

TA-Q4 warehouse patrol mini UAV is capable of autonomous warehouse patrol, autonomous count of inventory, real-time 3D navigation and warehouse position marking, smart scanning of cargo pallet data. It helps shorten the traditional manual operation from 4 hours to 15 minutes, and only 1 supervisor is needed to manage a whole warehouse. The results are accurate and thus human errors can be avoided. Moreover, no aloft work is required and thus potential safety hazard is eliminated.

High Automation and Efficiency

The UAV can fly automatically for the whole process without moving cargoes, automatically patrol the warehouse and count the inventory, accurately locate storage shelves and identify cargo categories, and decode the cargo ID in real time, etc. Owing to these functions, the efficiency in cargo tally and patrol is greatly improved, and the traditional manual operation is shortened from 4 hours to 15 minutes.

Autonomous Obstacle Avoidance and First-Rate Safety

By leveraging the laser SLAM technology, the UAV can thoroughly implement autonomous obstacle avoidance, thus guaranteeing the UAV's safety. Moreover, no manual aloft work is required, thus eliminating the potential safety hazard incurred by manual operation.

Easy and Repeated Operation

Before the first operation, (approximate) dimensions of passages and storage shelves should be measured and the flight mission needs to be configured. Then, the subsequent flight missions can be executed automatically, and the inventory results will be automatically calculated and uploaded. As long as no change is made to the warehouse and storage shelves, permanent repeated operation is feasible.
